After a lot of deliberation, I purchased a 2023 Kawasaki Ninja 400 to serve as a second motorcycle. My plan was to use it for short trips on Pennsylvania Back Roads with some light commuting mixed in.

I've ridden my Kawasaki EX400 (Ninja 400) for over 1,000 Miles, and I think it makes for a fantastic motorcycle - for new and experienced riders alike.
