I Couldn't Identify This As Old Sheffield Plate if I Didn't Have the Makers Mark

Help guys! I don't have any idea if I'm looking at replated Old Sheffield plate, or electroplate that was plated by a firm that started out as an early Old Sheffield "rolled plate" firm. What the heck?! But one thing is for certain, the tea pot is gorgeous. I just wish the lid sat on it correctly. Wonder how much that would cost to repair. If it costs less than $50, I might just do it.

As per the Atkins and Brother piece, could it possibly be a tobacco jar? I'm not sure how to identify those. Most tea pieces do not usually open from a hinge one side like this. A waste bowl comes to mind, but those are usually open pieces.

As for H&L Co, I did some quick research that would indicate Hamilton & Laidlaw, and I'm pleasantly surprised about their high asking price for their plated pieces.
