☀️ Mindset is perhaps one of the biggest defining factors as to how well you navigate through anything that comes your way, how much value you can reap from those things, make it your own and keep on growing. I used to be a perfectionist and was hyper-focused on the end result, but in the last couple of years, I have slowly shifted my focus towards seeing the value that the process gives me instead, whether that’s with sewing, or learning languages, work, or my relationships with other people. The thought patterns of the former perfectionist still pop up every once in a while, and there’s no better time to work on it than now.

But of course, as the philosophers say, change is the only constant in life. So inevitably, as things change around you, your mindset ideally molds and shifts along with that. I find that reevaluating my mindset often helps keep me in check, to make sure that I’m progressing in the direction that supports my core values. For me, learning to become less goal-oriented and more growth-oriented has truly been a breath of fresh air. And if you haven’t already, I highly encourage you to give it a try :)

Thank you again for all the love and support on Episode 1! I actually filmed the entirety of episode 2 before episode 1 was uploaded so I haven’t been able to implement any of the tips you guys left me 😭 However, ya best believe I will be using them in Episode 3 💪
