Welcome to A War Widow’s Story, a short film by Scotty's Little Soldiers, featuring military wife and charity founder, Nikki Scott, as you have never seen her before. This Remembrance, Nikki shares what it was like to live among the Royal Tank Regiment, her introduction to military life, and about the moment she was told her husband, Corporal Lee Scott, had been killed by an IED in Afghanistan. She describes how her darkest moments exposed her to the suffering of military families grieving for their fallen heroes, and how it inspired her to start the Armed Forces charity, Scotty’s Little Soldiers, in Lee’s memory.
