It's a big day for Anna and Faye, Faye's being interviewed whilst Anna is under pressure. Anna thinks Faye is going to be scared, Owen thinks opposite, he thinks she wont go through with it. At the police station Faye waits with Izzy in the waiting area, Faye's put under pressure too as Izzy thinks she should tell the truth, Faye' scared Anna will go to prison, soon Faye gets called in for questioning. As Faye is put on the spot with questions she's curios to find out if Anna will go to jail for hitting her, the police officer, Stephan, tells Faye not to worry. Anna gets more upset as she's worried on what's happening at the police station, Michelle tells Anna he knows she's struggling and she'll be happy to help anytime, Anna thinks Michelle is being nosy so she shouts at her to mind her own business, Anna breaks down, Gary and Owen take Anna home. Back at the police station Faye is worried, Stephan, the police officer tells Faye she can tell him anything, Faye tells him she's sorry and that's she's scared, Faye starts crying. Back home Anna is comforted by Katy, Owen and Gary, soon the social worker arrives telling Anna that Faye admitted about what she did and what she was doing it for, Anna's relieved and sends Owen back to work. Katy goes upstairs to let Anna and the social worker talk. Anna wonders why Faye did it, the social worker tells Anna that she didn't want no trouble she just wanted her dad. The social worker officers to give Anna some advice, let her and Tim talk in her office, to arrange something. The social worker tells Anna that she'll get through it. In the middle of their conversation there is a knock on the door and Katy answers it, it's Faye, the social worker tells Anna not to say anything yet about what happened, Faye walks in and they both say hi, Faye runs upstairs and the social worker tells Anna she's had a stressful day, Anna says she has too. After the social worker leaves Katy and Anna have a talk, Katy thinks Tim will be sticking around. Anna is still stressed out and Owen wants to know how they'll deal with the situation, Anna tells Owen that she's tried everything, and she's going to give Faye to Tim, Owen doesn't agree and thinks that Anna is going up easily and that Faye needs Anna to say no to her, Anna thinks about it. Later, Faye comes downstairs and wonders if Anna hates her, Anna tells her no as she's just confused on what Faye wants and why she wants to move out badly, Faye explains why and she tells Anna she feels different with her dad, Anna gives her a hug. Anna goes to Tim's and asks him does he want Faye to stay, Tim thinks it's a bad idea and asks Anna is she sure, Anna says yes and Tim agrees. Later, Anna goes home with Tim, Owen's not happy as Tim is in the family home, Anna asks Faye truthfully if she'd like to go live with her dad, Faye says yes and Anna lets Tim go, Anna tells Faye she's got some packing to do, Owen looks at Anna worried. Anna explains to Tim what Faye likes and doesn't like, bedtime and that she likes reading, Faye tells Anna she's unpacked, Anna says she's going to have to go home, Faye is happy and tells Anna that she loves her, good night and that she'll always be her mum, Anna gives Faye a massive hug and is glad she heard nice words from Faye, Anna leaves. Anna gets home and sits down as if what has she done, Owen comes downstairs and comforts Anna as she cries in his arms.
