Hii team haianguki! The things I saw in Kaptagat were very impressive.

At the camp entrance, there’s a sign “No photography beyond this point”. This video is therefore shot outside the camp on their way to train.

Inside, there’s a pump track, a mechanic room full of bicycles, a living area for riders and Eliud’s running track where the kids did an MTB criterium session led by Charles Kagimu. Oh, and it’s right next to Eliud Kipchoge’s training camp, infact sponsored by the same company, INEOS.

There’s crazy training going on there.
