The Lily Street Sewage Pump Station Upgrade was fast tracked to replace a 60 year old pump station, giving an 80 year service life to the network and creating Carins’ largest pump station.

Features of this pump station include an odour control system to addresses a long standing problem in the area, a huge 2MW of power, and it measures 18metres deep.
