The results if the only countries eligible to win were from the previously existing Union of Soviet Socialist Republics. Kvalifikacija za Millstreet included.

Included countries in alphabetical order: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Estonia, Georgia, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Russia, Ukraine.

This was made more as the USSR states had the merit of their own video instead of being included in the Warsaw Pact video, as numerically they'd completely beat the rest of the WP, and the results would also overwhelm them, as four of five USSR winners statistically would outdo a WP one. Sadly, it's not so much of a new idea anymore, yet I can't really find another solution that would be fair.

Unfortunately, copyright on this video was so much of an iron fist that three clips alone, those being Estonia 2018, Russia 2019 and Ukraine 2022 (somehow?!) blocked the video in the entire world. That being said, the audio was reduced to the point where it's barely audible, and the footage is now blurred where originally affected. Fortunately, the statistics haven't been altered to exclude these entries.
