Hi Everyone!!

In this video, I'll show you how you can give a makeover to your old sandals/heels/wedges/flats that you might be bored of.

I'll show you how you can convert your old sandals into absolutely classy looking lace sandals.

I think lace looks very classic, elegant, and beautiful but lace shoes are not easily available in Indian markets. So how about we make our own lace sandals with net fabric.

This shoes makeover DIY can also be used to cover up shoes or heels which have got torn from somewhere and so need a repair. So this is a great way of recycling old shoes.

Things you'll need for DIY lace sandals:

-Pair of shoes that you want to convert
-Black lace Fabric (1/4 meter will do)
-Plain black Fabric (Less than 1/4 metre)
-Mod Podge/ Fevicol MR/ Fabric Glue (Basically, we need an adhesive which will become invisible after drying-up)
-Foam brush/Regular Brush
-X-acto blade
-Scissors
-Black Ribbon

Since Mod Podge is not easily available in India, therefore you can also use DIY Mod Podge.

To make DIY Mod Podge:

Get Fevicol MR from your near by hardware / crafts store
Mix Fevicol and water in 2:1 ratio.
Shake / stir well until the glue and water form a dilute homogeneous mixture
Use it the way you would use Mod Podge.
