Though it is commonly known as the Simala Shine or church, its original name is the Monastery of the Holy Eucharist. It was built in 1998 by the Marian Monks of Eucharist.
Adoration {MMEA} so they could house as image of the Virgin Mary know as the Marian Shrine. Simala is a miracle church attributed to Mama Mary.

it is one of the most visited chruches in Cebu, with its unique architecture and stunning views of Sibonga countryside scenery.
