Old school method of getting my Toro 721 Power Clear running. Unfortunately I did not clear out the old gasoline from last winter's season and I ended up with it not able to start this winter season first snow. Shame on me for being lazy. This could cost me up to $200 if I have to take it to a service center. So this is a DIY using old school method before coughing up and havin a professional ...."so call" repair it.
