Do you feel bad for people who resort to begging? 

Becca snuck behind a guy in a wheelchair. While he was begging for money on the street, she hooked one of the wheels with a bike lock and secured it to a pole. Then, Becca got into her car and revved the engine. The loud sound scared the guy. Yet, when he saw Becca’s auto rushing straight toward him, he panicked. He jumped out of his wheelchair and flopped onto the ground. 

The girl stepped out of the vehicle and informed the man that she was going to call the cops and report his scam. But his story made her reconsider.
