I'm not sure if he's a killer or not because everybody seems to tell a different story. The one I heard was that someone had placed a burning tyre on his trunk when he was a baby. He survived but when he was an adult, he saw the man who had done it to him and killed him. Since then he's been on a trail of destruction but nobody can hurt him because he's protected.
This was filmed at the Elephant Breeding Centre in Chitwan. I'm not a fan of the place but I did enjoy this encounter, even though it was terrifying when he looked me in the eyes.
