Recipe:
warm milk 150 ml
warm water 160 ml
Yeast 7 grams (1 heaped teaspoon)
sugar 2 tablespoons
Egg 1 piece
melted butter 35 grams (2 heaped tablespoons)
Wheat flour 550 grams (4.2 cups) cup 250 ml
Salt 1/2 teaspoon
Filling:
Curd 200 grams (1.7 cups) cup 250 ml
sugar 3 tablespoons
To grease the dough and bowl, add 1 teaspoon of oil
Let the dough rest for 40 minutes
Divide the dough into 10 parts
let stand another 10 minutes
