1 riff 3 Dingwalls

Here is a quick comparison of 3 different Dingwall basses playing 1 riff on the bridge and middle pickup which is position 2 on Dingwall basses.

I went with position 2 because the NG2 Nolly bass only has the bridge and middle pickups as well I kept both preamps on just a bit for the NG2 and the JT Bass.

The NG2 has a Dark glass Preamp, the JT Bass has the Neve Preamp and the D-ROK is passive.

To me they all sound awesome but I thought I’d let you have a quick listen on one riff side by side and see how they compare in frequency.

I recorded everything Direct using my Tech21 VT Bass di with no distortion straight into my Apollo Twin recording interface so you can hear the natural punch that comes out of these amazing instruments.
