This traditional flatbread is stuffed with a spicy and flavorful potato filling, making it the perfect comfort food for any meal of the day. Aloo Paratha Recipe

Ingredients:

3 medium-sized boiled potatoes
1/2 teaspoon dried coriander
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
2 chopped green chilies
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
⁠1/2 teaspoon Chaat Masala
1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint leaves
Salt to taste
Wheat flour dough (perra)
Oil for brushing

Method:

1. Mash the boiled potatoes in a bowl.
2. Add dried coriander, cumin seeds, green chilies, red chili powder, mint leaves, and salt to the mashed potatoes. Mix well.
3. Roll out thin circles of wheat flour dough.
4. Place a layer of the potato mixture in the center of each dough circle.
5. Cover with another dough circle and press the edges to seal.
6. Roll out the paratha to make it bigger and thinner.
7. Cook the paratha on a tava over low flame, brushing with oil generously in between, until it's golden and crispy from both sides.
8. Serve hot and enjoy!
