Unfortunately, we see many people in the garden making the same mistakes when pruning fruit trees.
The trees are pruned too much and shoots are cut in half. Every type of fruit reacts to this with strong growth. If the pruning is too severe over several years, it can even lead to more work with pruning every year, the tree becomes much larger than desired and no longer bears any fruit - a vicious circle.

Growth of such trees can only be slowed down by controlled, calming and gentle pruning. Fruitfulness must be promoted, because fruit is the best growth retardant.
