Hi guys… so this an update on my last smash burger video. I’m using the same 22 inch Blackstone as the other video. Some of the differences is the use of wax or parchment paper, using deluxe American cheese, loosely packing the meatballs, and using a food scale. I have improved my skills a bit and decided to make another video for you guys. Also showing you my burger sauce and how we dress the burgers at the end. I hope you enjoy.

May upgrade to a 36” Blackstone griddle but for now this little guy can easily bang out 12 burgers in ten minutes. Most videos on YouTube only show one or two burgers but I’ll try to show multiple to exhibit the versatility of the griddle.
