If it were up to my kids, I should cook potatoes every day, which doesn't happen. However, when I prepare something from potatoes, this is one of their favorite recipes and mine too because it's very quick to prepare!

Ingredients:

6 medium potatoes
6 eggs
2 large onions
30 g butter
2 teaspoons cornstarch/flour
300 ml vegetable soup
150 ml cooking cream
50 g mustard
5-6 fresh dill sprigs
Salt and pepper to taste
