There was a problem where the power was quickly turned off after turning it on because of the safety device that was activated whenever the power was on.

I wanted to have a built-in DAC amplifier that was perfect for playing music on my computer, so I worked hard to repair it.
The cause of the failure is not clear, but I suspect it to be the three-terminal regulator.
