Just over a year ago I made a decision to not keep scraps... and what this means is that if I don't want to recycle them I have to turn them into something more useful than accumulating in a box (which is what was happening in my case). One of the things I like to do when I complete a project is to take those scraps and turn them into "base pages" or "base cards" or "card starts"... which are started pages or cards but still need a focal point or photos to complete. In addition to helping with the scraps it also helps with "blank page" syndrome. Today I"m going to walk you through how I turn these scraps into base scrapbook pages.
