In case someone was wondering why I labeled Frosty's fallacy as post hoc ergo propter hoc rather than cum hoc ergo propter hoc, the reason is simple. If Frosty the Snowman said "As the thermometer gets redder the temperature gets higher" or something of the like then his error would have been cum hoc ergo propter hoc. In this video Frosty's reasoning is that the redness of the thermometer and the heat of the weather occur sequentially; a fallacy of mistaken association and chronology, hence the classification.
