This seated chair yoga class explores flowing sequencing of movements linked with the breath. A yoga block and strap are used in the practice. Please make sure that you have a sturdy chair with no arms. The chair should be on a yoga mat, if not on a carpeted surface. Please listen to your body and only do movements that are appropriate for you.
