garlic
garnish with spring onion and sesame oil

sauce(spicy)
1 tbsp chili sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2tsp sugar
3/4 to 1 cup water
salt and pepper

sauce( not spicy)
2 tbsp banana catsup
2tbsp oyster sauce
2tsp sugar
sal and pepper
