I had Niyati Kapoor on the show, a senior at my university (Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology). She gave her insights from her experience of placement processes at Thapar University. She even shared the list of companies with students to help them further in their placement process. She talked about the importance of communication skills, exam grades (CGP), technical skills and much more. she shared resources that helped her and things that she wish she had known during her placements. She scored CGP above 9 and got an internship in the 4th semester at JP Morgan which later converted to a placement offer. She has a personality like no one, she is a sincere, passionate and hardworking senior whom I admire a lot.
