Dried Beans
Ingredients List:
500 gr dry beans (dermasonian type)
500 grams diced lamb
An onion
A tablespoon of tomato paste
A tablespoon of chili paste
Two tablespoons of butter
Half a teacup of olive oil
A coffee spoon of chili pepper
A coffee spoon of flour
Two tomatoes
Three peppers
Salt
2 liters of water

Preparation:
We soak dried beans overnight. It is enough to soak for 10 hours with cold water. After washing it in the morning, we put cold water on it and it starts to boil, we scum the scum that appears on top, we add cold water to it, we sink down all the beans, we boil it for 15 minutes, and it will continue to cook with meat.
We take the meat into the pot and fry it with olive oil, after frying for 3-4 minutes
We add chopped onions, after frying a little more as in the video, we add the tomato paste and then the flour, add the hot water and boil the meat for 10 minutes, then wash the beans and drain, then cook with the meat on low heat for about 1 hour, when it's half-cooked add salt, tomato, pepper and mix. Let's check the meats and beans. Then we serve it with pickles, they go really well together. Good luck!
