INTERVIEW | MAGGIE BEER, AO, 79, is the champion of good food that tastes good, and also the champion of our seniors. She's on a mission to save seniors' homes from all the crap food and rampant malnutrition.

68% of residents in Australian seniors' homes are malnourished or at risk of it (*Royal Commission into Aged Care Quality and Safety, 2021), and she's furious about this. Do you have a loved one in a seniors' home? Will you consider a retirement home yourself at some point?
