Disappointment After the Event: 😕 After watching the event, I lost the urge to upgrade once again.

New Features: 🛌 The only new feature in the S10 is sleep apnea detection, which was already available in the S9.

No Update for Ultra 2: 🤷‍♂️ This might be why there’s no update for the Ultra 2.

Swimming Temperature Detection: 🏊‍♂️ Another new feature is swimming temperature detection, which seems quite unnecessary.

Practicality of New Features: ❓ Would you skip swimming if the water temperature isn’t ideal? Or can you change the water temperature? The use case is very limited.

Minor Improvements: 📱 Other improvements include a bigger and better screen, smaller size, and lighter weight. But how many people can actually notice these changes?

Battery Life Issues: 🔋 The real issue for me is the battery life. Previously, I charged my Apple Watch while sleeping, but now it monitors sleep, so there’s no fixed charging time.

Charging Inconvenience: 🔌 It’s inconvenient to remember to charge it daily, and it doesn’t support wireless or wired charging from a phone. You need a separate cable just for the Apple Watch, which is a hassle.

Comparing to Series 4: 📈 When the Series 4 was released, it had ECG, a bigger screen, and a faster processor. Compared to now, it feels like Apple is stretching out new features over several years.

Decision Not to Upgrade: 🚫 My girlfriend has the S9, and we decided not to upgrade to the S10 this year. I’ve also postponed upgrading my S4 again.

Looking Forward to S11: 🔮 However, if the S11 includes rumored blood pressure and cholesterol monitoring, I might upgrade next year. For now, I’ll stick with my S4.
