🍞Preparation of sponge cake:
100g flour.
10g baking powder.
4 eggs.
25g cocoa powder
A pinch of salt.
100g sugar.
40g vegetable oil.
40 g cream 33% (room temperature).
Baking tray with a diameter of 22 cm.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for 35-40 minutes.
🍮Coconut Custard:
400 coconut milk
100g sugar
3 tablespoons cornstarch (60 g)
5 egg yolks
🍫Ganache:
90g white chocolate
10g vegetable oil
