Easter Egg. BNSF GE ES44C4 (Cajon Pass) - CSX #911 'Spirit of First Responders' livery.

How the Easter Egg ties to Ireland - Many Irish when they first moved to the states took jobs in Fire and Police departments across the states at a time when they were extremely dangerous, low paying jobs, shaping many of today's departments across America. Traditions still held by emergency services in the US like Bagpipes, Marching Bands and latin catholic moto's are all Irish legacies.
