Hellfest was an absolute delight. Especially for someone like me, who'd been away from music for two decades! Not only was it a fucking blast to play at Hellfest, it was super rad seeing some other cool bands and see just how 'pro' that festival is.

Internally we often called this one 'Circus Song' for reasons. In the part at 4:18, there's a repetitive four part section where David Knudson is switching between different guitar amps to bounce the sound around. Because it's on a loop (and due to my native tendency to want to speed shit up), it's crucial that I listen as intently as I can to make sure we stay in time with the looped guitar part. You can see me, during the the third of the 'loud' part, looking off to my left. I'm really just trying to get all of that monitor goodness in my ear so we stay lined up with the loop because we all drop out for a bar after that.
