in this video I am making snack item using airfryer.
here I am using
1 cup whole channa dal,
1 cup whole moong dal
1 cup peeled spilt channa dal,
I cup spilt moong dal
wash this dals 2 or 3 times and add water soak it for upto 8 hours or overnight. after 8 hours remove the water and let it air dry completely using kitchen towels or tissue paper for upto 30 minutes. once all dals are dry completely add one tbsp oil and mix well and put it in a airfryer small inner pot(if you don't have small inner pot you can use aluminum foil on the bottom)put temperature 390 degrees farhanheit for upto minutes(you can see video) once done frying add salt, chat masala, red chilli powder, cumin powder as per your test. and store it in air tight containers. that's it
