Tobias, more commonly called Toby, was a small little tram engine who worked on his tram line with his faithful coach Henrietta. But hard times came, and the tram line shut down. Toby thought it was the end, but when a stout gentleman came to the railway one day, Toby's life changed forever.

He was taken to Sodor, and began a new life. He soon began discovering he was stronger and faster than most of the other engines, much to the dismay of one express engine Gordon. He was so hailed, he was allowed to pull the express himself.

But Toby's power is not without cause - and effect. His powers were ill-begotten, and another engine faced the worse end of the equation. Now this engine is after Toby and his power, and Toby will have to come to grips with what he is, what it means for the others, and how his life will change on the North Western Railway.

So… it’s here.

Let me tell you the story of how this happened:

Two years ago, Tyrone Fernandez released his ‘Toby’s Old Tramline’ route, and a whole slew of adaptations of ‘Toby and the Stout Gentleman’ came about. I, too, got caught up in the craze, but for my adaptation, I wanted to do something more. Much more.

As it turns out, I ended up with a lot more than I thought I would, and I’m just so amazed that I was able to pull this off. I’m sure there are many of you who seriously doubted, who laughed me off. I’m sure there are many of you who thought, “Stupid kid, go home, you can’t do it.” I’m guessing a lot of you were even laughing at me.

So let me take a moment to let the fact sink in that this movie is nearly two hours long, that it took two years and a month to make, and that I’m uploading it from college right now. I am going to school to become a filmmaker, and this is my first feature-length work. Filmmaking is the profession I want to get into, and this is my starting point.

Well… Here you are. Though a lot of it changed over the last two years, it is still essentially the same story I wrote two years ago, and man, has it been a journey. There were many ups and downs that came with making this film - not to mention at least four computer mishaps!

But here you all are. And I hope you enjoy this as much as I did making it.

I want to thank all my voice actors for their awesome contributions, and I especially want to thank all the people who stuck with me through this to the end, no matter how long it took. I want to thank everyone who takes the time to watch this thing through and leave a comment or review. I just want to thank everyone.
