Welcome back makers! This episode of Mad Makers we're looking at mail art. It's a bit of a change from previous episodes because mail art can be interpreted in so many different ways - but that's sort of why we think it suits Mad Makers! You can use almost anything you have around you, and draw inspiration from your own interests and skills, or the interests of your recipient!
For this episode, Luna Tic used collage to made her mad mail, using:
Scrap collage materials from magazines
Black Card
A glue stick
Scissors
Lined paper
Masking tape
A stamp
However as she says in the episode, you do not necessarily need to use the same materials, or scissors or sharps (even for collage), you could also write on top of a found image or object for example.
This episode also features a promo clip for next month with @Stitching_4_change. We have kits available for those who want to take part. For more details go to www.madcovid.com
