Picacho, AZ is a junction on the UP Gila Subdivision, where the Phoenix Subdivision connects into the transcontinental mainline. Seeing roughly 25-30 trains daily, it is a new location for me that I may visit more often due to it's naturally favorable photo angles and decent train action. Here is a short afternoon of railfanning around the area to which I saw a few manifest and intermodal trains during the sunset hours. Hope you enjoy the video!
