The Eraserheads fittingly closing the 1995 NU Rock Awards with their hit single "Alapaap". The band also took a shot at Sen. Tito Sotto — who infamously went on a crusade to have the song banned for allegedly promoting drug abuse — by using the Iskul Bukol theme as the intro.

E-Heads also claimed the "Artist of the Year" award, besting Wolfgang, After Image, and Put3ska.
