Perhaps because I used to use a design cutter to make things by hand, it is much easier to control the blade by pulling it toward you than by pushing it.On the other hand, if I push it in the opposite direction, the edge of the blade runs too far, so I find that it is much easier to control it than by pushing it. I believe that it is safer to use it in this manner, and that is how I use it.
The type of roller cutter I use is a straight type, but the type with a curved edge is designed to be pushed inward, so I think it makes sense to push it to cut. Masu◎
