It's tax season in Dry Gulch. Gospel Bill is working really hard on the county tax report for all of the town's taxes. Then, while Gospel Bill leaves to look for an outlaw, Nicodemus tries to help him, but Gospel Bill is unaware of it. Later on, a tax commissioner comes to Dry Gulch to arrest Gospel Bill.
