In this video I put side by side the Nikon Z8 and the Ursa 12k. This is NOT a scientific test, but I was able to keep the exact same settings on both cameras. For grading I used the MILK Rec709 LUT and some basic adjustments.

Camera setting:
Blackmagic Ursa 12k - at 4k (super 35) Costant Bit Rate 8/1 BRAW
Nikon Z8 - at 4k (full frame) Compression "Normal" NRaw

Cam A: Nikon Z8
Cam B: Ursa 12k
