The Firelands High School mighty falcon, marching band performs their KISS show at halftime of our road game at Poland Seminary HS.

Ladies and Gentlemen, Introducing the Pride of Firelands High School, the 2023-24 Mighty Falcon Marching Band!

[AFTER RUN ON]

Can the Cymbals please wave to the crowd. With that Cymbalic gesture, we’d like to introduce ourselves. We are the Firelands Mighty Falcon Marching Band and tonight we will be performing our show of hits from the megaband KISS.
Conducted by junior field commander Emmarose Woods, join the band in playing and singing our first KISS kit, “Rock and Roll All Night.”

[ROCK AND ROLL ALL NIGHT]

Beginning with a power ballad and followed by an epic rock song about the Motor City, we start slow and finish with fire! Featuring trumpet solos by Lukas Shumaker and Lydia Schlecter conducted by senior field commander Allison Tuggle, Here’s “Beth and Detroit Rock City”

We close our Kiss show with their second top 40 hit, and one of our favorite hard charging, face painting, shock rocking heavy metal pieces of all time. Hold on to your faces as senior field commander Allison Tuggle conducts “Shout it out Loud.”

Wiley, director of bands at FHS, flag advisor Emily Parker, percussion advisor Kyle Lutz, percussion arranger and advisor, Liam Lockhart, assistant director Cinda Willis, and I’m your announcer, assistant director Jake Willis.
