Ever wonder what happens to the meat from a trophy hunt? Well, you can be assured it doesn't go to waste. Much of the harvested game goes to feed local schoolchildren. Of course, the hunters also get to enjoy their harvest, with Carmyn and Claudia showing us the way to make South African Braaibroodjie, the perfect sandwich to pair with some wild African game and fuel your next hunt.

To wrap us up, Corey and Erik trek out to find the sought-after Eland. The massive eland was tough, taking two shots to the heart before going down. But the trophy was one for the books, as the bull weighed in at 2200 lbs and featured spiral horns, head fringe, and magnificent dewlap, everything you want in a good mount. Hauling such a beast back to camp was going to be tough, but it was worth it for the hunt of a lifetime.
