Crispy Chicken Tenders, MUST TRY at home. I am sure this will be everyone’s favorite recipe. You can eat with your favorite sauce, left over chicken tenders you can make sandwiches.

Ingredients
Chicken 2 lb, cut into strips
Buttermilk 2 cups
Egg 1
Chili powder 1 tsp
Onion powder 1 tsp
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Pepper powder 1 tsp
Oregano 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Whisk all the wet ingredients and add chicken strips and marinate overnight in the refrigerator.

Dry ingredients
All purpose flour 2 cups
Chili powder 1 tsp
Pepper powder 1 tsp
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Oregano 1 tsp
Salt to taste

Water to dip the coated chicken
Oil for frying

Hot Sauce
Mayonnaise 3 tbsp
Sriracha sauce 1 tbsp
Dijon mustard 1 tsp
Garlic powder 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Dried parsley 1/2 tsp
Ketchup 1 tbsp

Drain the chicken from buttermilk.
Add 1/4 cup wet ingredients to the flour mix and mix it well.

First coat the chicken with dry ingredients.
Press down the flour mix to the chicken.
Next step is Dip the coated chicken in the water and coat again with dry ingredients and set aside.

Heat oil in a kadai. Add coated chicken and deep fry until golden brown on medium heat.
Once it’s done remove and serve with your favorite sauce.
