Rafting at Dandeli starts from the Ganeshgudi bridge also called Badagund Water Park, the rafting lengths about 14 km till Maulangi Village, it takes about 4 hours depending on the water level, raft and rowers capacity.

The rafting is classified into

1. Very short rafting - 2 km
2. Medium length rafting - 5 km
3. Long rafting - 12 to 14 km depending on the chosen path of the river.

Long rafting is only conducted by Govt of Karnataka Jungle Lodges and Resorts, the booking can be done at Kali Adventure camp, Kulagi Road, Dandeli

The raft, helmets and life jackets along with the raft master is arranged
you will be asked to sign a liability release form at the Jungle lodges and resort

Then you'll be taken to Ganeshgudi bridge to begin the rafting

Rafting timings:

1st batch : Morning around 9 AM
2nd batch: Afternoon around 1 PM

You have to also pay for transit from Dandeli to Ganeshgudi, the taxi would drop you at Ganeshgudi and come at to Moulangi and wait for your arrival
