Does anyone else think the Breville (Sage) Barista lineup is a little crowded? It all started years ago with the highly famous Breville Barista Express. This spawned eventually the Breville Barista Pro, with a faster steamer and digital display. Then came the Breville Touch, with a cool touch display. Later, the Impress Puck tamper was developed, and the Breville Express got upgraded to the Breville Barista Express Impress. Finally, we now have the Breville Barista Touch Impress, which includes a better screen than the original touch model, a better steamer, AND the delightful Impress puck tamper.
