Today’s Mountain painting is all about experimenting—raw canvas, transparent washes, and just letting the paint flow more freely. I’m using a mix of Sap Green, white, and some raw umber for those rich, earthy tones. The organic shapes are really starting to take form, and I couldn’t be more excited! 🌱

The frame I added gives the whole painting that extra crispness, and the raw canvas peeking through adds so much texture to the composition.

I’d love to hear what you think! There’s still more to come as I let the ideas marinate, but I’m happy with how it’s shaping up. Oh, and I’m planning to ditch the horizon line in my next few paintings—can’t wait to see how that plays out. Thanks for watching, and I’ll see you next week!
