-If you go from of Mexico City on Bus, take an Executive Turistar ETN truck or a Mexican Bus in the North Central to Ciudad Valles in the "Central del Norte" (North Central).
-From Querétaro, León, Guadalajara and Toluca you can also take an Omnibus from Mexico to Ciudad Valles.
-From Monterrey take it in Transpais or Senda.
- From San Luis Potosí use Transportes Vencedor.

* What route to visit Huasteca Potosina?
-If you travel from Nuevo León or from the north of Tamaulipas, Highway # 85 is the best option, so you can start by arriving at Ciudad Valles, which is the heart of the Huasteca.
-If you travel from the south of Tamaulipas or from the northern part of Veracruz, the easiest way to get to Ciudad Valles is Highway # 70.
- If you come from Hidalgo, Queretaro, and Mexico City or any other state in the center of the country, you have two options, the most adventurous is to opt for the free roads # 85 and # 120 that will take you to Xilitla, however these roads cross The eastern mother hills, so it is a full of curves and can be difficult to handle.
-The second option is to travel through the Querétaro / San Luis Potosí freeway, and then use the freeway to the Rio Verde / Ciudad Valles highway. This route may seem longer, however it is most advisable.
