Βρίσκεται εντός του κοιμητηρίου της πόλης επι της λεωφόρου Τατοΐου. Αρχιτεκτονικά ο ναός είναι τρίκλιτος, ξυλόστεγος, βασιλικὴ με νάρθηκα. Χρονολογικά τοποθετείται στα τέλη του 15ου ή στις αρχές του 16ου αιώνα, ενώ έχουν γίνει και διάφορες ἀνακατασκευές, κυρίως στὴν βορεινὴ πλευρά. Ο ναὸς διαθέτει μονόλοβο κωδωνοστάσιο στὴν ΝΔ γωνία. Αξίζει να τονιστεί πως στην κατασκευή του ναού έχουν χρησιμοποιηθεί πολλά αρχαία μέλη, όπως λεπτοί κιονίσκοι, κιονόκρανα, επιτύμβια ανάγλυφα, ἐπιθήματα κιονόκρανων, κ.ἀ. Ο ναός φαίνεται ότι ήταν καταγραφος καὶ σήμερα διακρίνονται τρία στρώματα τοιχογραφιών. Κατά την διάρκεια των σωστικών εργασιών του μνημείου μετά τον σεισμό του 1999, αποκαλύφθηκαν σημαντικότατες άγνωστες τοιχογραφίες, ενώ διατηρούνται κ' αρκετὲς επιζωγραφισμένες. Τα εγκαίνια τελέστηκαν στις 29 Νοεμβρίου 2014 απ'τον Μητροπολίτη Κηφισίας, Αμαρουσίου και Ωρωποὐ Κύριλλο. Πανηγυρίζει, τέλος, το Σάββατο Α'Νηστειών

It is located inside the city cemetery on Tatoiou Avenue. Architecturally, the church is a three-aisled, wooden-roofed basilica with a narthex. Chronologically, it is placed at the end of the 15th or the beginning of the 16th century, while various reconstructions have taken place, mainly on the northern side. The church has a single-lobed spire in the SW corner. It is worth emphasizing that many ancient members have been used in the construction of the temple, such as thin colonnades, capitals, tomb reliefs, capitals suffixes, etc. The temple seems to have been recorded and today three layers of frescoes can be seen. During the rescue work of the monument after the earthquake of 1999, important unknown frescoes were discovered, while several painted ones are preserved. The inauguration was performed on November 29, 2014 by the Metropolitan of Kifissia, Amarousio and Oropos Cyrillos. It celebrates, finally, the Saturday of the First Fast Week
