I left my vacation condo on a nice cool morning in January 2022 and headed to this site. It was only about forty minutes from the area in Pensacola that I was staying at. I saw no fog on the way up to this location. I was surprised to see it when I drove up. I guess the water was much warmer than the temperature that day. The fog really added to the site. The rising sun in the background also added to the visit. The walk out onto the boardwalk/pier was truly scenic. I am glad that I went out of my way to encounter GOD's awesome glory. HE went out of HIS way when HE allowed HIS Son to be sacrificed for the sins of mankind. So, I must go out of my way all of my life to experience HIS GLORY!! Tis well worth it!!
