A United Airlines Airbus A320-232 registration N479UA, performing flight UAL265 from Chicago O’Hare International Airport (KORD) to Washington Reagan National Airport (KDCA). During climb out of Chicago, at about 17,000 feet, declared an emergency and requested immediate return to O’Hare Airport. The flight crew reported that the flight attendant had found a message written on the mirror in the aft lavatory with information that there was a bomb on board.
