Being a parent of a neurodiverse child can have its highs and lows. It can be rewarding at times, but it can also be overwhelming, challenging, and exhausting.

For us to be the best parent we can be for our family, we need to be able to release our stress. We need to channel our fears, frustrations, and feelings into positive energy through simple, easy, effective coping skills.

In this webinar, Rachel will help guide us on our journey to finding solace at the end of a long day. She will show us some simple techniques to use in our daily routine, such as:
• Brief centering
• Warm-up movements with breathing practices
• Accessible, all levels of a chair yoga sequence. No yoga experience is required!
• Wind-down
• Relaxation pose with another accessible guided meditation
This will be interactive and allow for questions and discussions throughout the presentation.
